Refund policy

Returns/Exchanges for general merchandise are allowed for 60 days. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return with refund or an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. The product must be unworn and unused, with price tags. You will need a copy of the receipt, packing slip, or proof of purchase in most cases.

Items that have any tags removed, including size tags, are not eligible for a return/refund.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective or if you receive the wrong item. We will correct the error for you as soon as possible.

We will email you a return shipping label if required, as well as shipping instructions so we may resolve the issue for you in a timely manner.

There may be exceptions in which our customer service director can exchange the size of an item for another size without a new purchase processed. If you feel this is appropriate in your case, please reach out to our customer service department by email or phone.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know the status of your refund. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow the appropriate time frame for your bank or your credit card company to process and post the refund.
